[FM 66] Payment of previously unclaimed money66

If unclaimed money is paid into the Consolidated Fund and a State entity afterwards pays the whole or a part of that amount to a person claiming it, the amount paid to the claimant is to be refunded to the entity from the Consolidated Fund in accordance with the Finance Instructions, without further appropriation than this Act.
