[RFM 12,660] Leave in respect of statutory holiday25 

25
(1) An officer or soldier who is required to work on a public holiday, shall be granted a day off in lieu of that public holiday.
(2) The day(s) granted in lieu of the public holidays shall be in addition to the officer's or soldier's annual leave entitlement.
