[RFM 13,475] Issue of arms etc15

(1) The issue of arms and ammunition, clothing and equipment to officers and cadets of a unit shall be subject to such condition as the commanding officer of such unit may from time to time impose.
(2) All arms, ammunition, uniforms and equipment of a unit shall be used for training purposes only and every officer or cadet to whom they are issued shall produce them in good condition whenever called upon to do so.
