3. (1) Fumigation Services Fumigation of spaces in vessels—
(a) Rats — Supervision of fumigation for rats under the International Health Regulations ie using 141.75 grams of potassium cyanide or 56.7 grams of cyanide impregnated discoids)—
(i) For first 114 m3 of space$100
(ii) for each additional 28.35m3 of space$15
(b) Mosquitoes — Disinfection for mosquitoes only (ie using aerosol insecticides World Health Organization Formulation)—
(i) for first 114 m3 of space$100

Minimum charge including costs for aerosols for vessels less than 114 m of space$80

(c) All vermin — 1. Fumigation for destruction of all vermin (ie using 283.5 grams potassium cyanide or 113.4 grams cyanide impregnated discoid)—
(i). for first 114 m3 of space$100
(ii). for each additional 28.35 m3 of space$15
2. Charge for supervision of fumigation when carried out by the owners or agents of vessels or their employees$100
3. The above charges include materials, apparatus and the services of staff and are based upon the fact that ship’s boats will be available for transport of materials, apparatus and staff between wharf and vessel. When other means of transport are necessary the actual cost of same will be charged to the vessel undergoing disinfection or fumigation, provided that the charge for the use of a Government launch shall be calculated at a rate of not less than $30 per trip to Quarantine Station or mooring ground.
