[TFZ 10,065] Authority to report non-compliance13

The Authority must inform the Minister and the chief executive officer of the Fiji Revenue and Customs Service of any non-compliance or suspected non-compliance with the terms and conditions of an operating licence or with the Customs laws of which it becomes aware.
