[MRG 24] Notice of marriage under Foreign Marriage Act 189224

Where a marriage is intended to be solemnised in any foreign country under the Foreign Marriage Act 1892 of the United Kingdom, a notice in the prescribed form of such marriage shall be given by one of the parties intending such marriage who has had his or her usual place of abode for a period of not less than one week (or for such other period as may be hereafter prescribed by the Minister for the purposes of the said Act) immediately preceding in some place within Fiji to the Registrar-General.
