- jurisdiction with restricted reciprocity
has the same meaning as in section 197 of the Act;
- maintenance order
means—
- (a)a maintenance order within the meaning of section 197 of the Act; and
- (b)an order made under section 102 or 103 of the Act; and
- reciprocating jurisdiction
has the same meaning as in section 197 of the Act.
