[BAS 12,150] Power of court to enforce order3

Where power is given to the court by these or any other Regulations relating to Banaban affairs to require any person to do or abstain from doing any act or thing and no mode is prescribed for compelling the person to do so, the court may in whatever manner seems fit order the person to do or abstain from doing the act or thing.
