[BAS 17,775] Adultery5

(1) Any man who upon the complaint of the husband is found guilty of adultery with the wife of that husband shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 months or to a fine not exceeding $20 or to both such imprisonment and fine.
(2) Any husband who on the complaint of his wife is found guilty of adultery shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 months or to a fine not exceeding $20 or to both such imprisonment and fine.
(3) Any wife who upon the complaint of her husband is found guilty of adultery shall on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 months or to a fine not exceeding $20 or to both such imprisonment and fine.
