[EDU 14,015] Compulsory school attendance requirement3

(1) Subject to regulation 5, school attendance at Class 1 level shall be compulsory for all children turning 6 years old by 30 June of any year.
(2) Children shall be required to remain at school until they have completed the Class 8 or the Form 2 level of education, or at the end of the year the child turns 15 years of age.
