[SPA 18] Executor or administrator to represent real estate18

In all proceedings concerning the real estate of a deceased person, his or her personal representative, so long as such estate remains vested in him or her, shall represent such real estate and the persons interested therein in the same manner and to the same extent as in proceedings concerning personal estate.
