- (a)the permissible actual deficiency, if measured on the day the article is packed, is a deficiency of 5%;
- (b)the permissible average deficiency, if measured on the day the article is packed, is nil deficiency;
- (c)the permissible actual deficiency, if measured after the day the article is packed, is the deficiency specified in Column 2 of TABLE 3 to this regulation opposite the description of the article in Column 1 of that TABLE; and
- (d)the permissible average deficiency, if measured after the day the article is packed, is the deficiency specified in Column 3 of TABLE 3 to this regulation opposite the description of the article in Column 1 of that TABLE.
