NOTICE BY THE LICENSING BOARD OF ITS DECISION ON AN APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE AND/OR ITS DECISION TO REVOKE OR SUSPEND A LICENCE

  • 1The notice shall be inserted in a newspaper published and circulating in Fiji.
  • 2In the case of a decision to grant an application, the following particulars shall be inserted in the notice—
    • (a)name and address of applicant;
    • (b)date on which the application was made;
    • (c)places at which landings are to be made for the purpose of loading or landing passengers or goods;
    • (d)such other information as will enable the licensee to be clearly identified.
  • 3In the case of a decision to refuse an application, particulars (a) and (b) of paragraph 2 together with the fact that the application has been refused shall be inserted in the notice.
  • 4In the case of a decision to revoke or suspend a licence, the grounds on which the licence is suspended or revoked shall be inserted in the notice, in addition to the particulars specified in paragraph 2 and 3.
