[MOL 6] List to be published6

(1) The Registrar shall in the month of January in every year cause to be published in the Gazette a correct list of all persons licensed under this Act, and additions to or alterations in the list shall be published from time to time as they are made.
(2) Every such printed list purporting to be published as aforesaid shall be evidence in all courts that the therein specified persons are licensed according to the provisions of this Act, and the absence of the name of any person from such printed list shall be evidence unless the contrary be shown that such person is not licensed according to the provisions of this Act.
