[ISM 39] Termination39 

39
(1) A Sponsorship Certificate terminates if it is—
  • (a)made for a specified term and that term expires without renewal in accordance with section 43;
  • (b)surrendered by the Sponsored Party in accordance with section 40; and
  • (c)revoked in accordance with section 41.
(2) Upon the termination of a Sponsorship Certificate in accordance with subsection (1) all rights granted by Fiji shall cease.
