[FAC 76] Duty to furnish means for inspectors76

The occupier of every factory, his or her agents and employees shall furnish the means required by an inspector as necessary for an entry, inspection, examination, inquiry, the taking of samples, or otherwise for the exercise of his or her powers under this Act in relation to that factory.
