[REA 59] Real estate agent to keep record of transactions59 

59
(1) A real estate agent shall, in respect of such matters as may be prescribed by regulations, establish and maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date records of all transactions undertaken by the real estate agent in the course of carrying on the business of a real estate agent.
(2) A real estate agent shall—
  • (a)at the time of application for renewal of a licence; or
  • (b)upon demand made by the Board,

provide the Board with details, or copies, or both, of the records referred to in subsection (1).

(3) A real estate agent who fails to comply with a provision of this section commits an offence.
