An area bounded as follows—

Starting at a point being the junction of the left bank of the Nasivi river with the southern boundary of the Fiji Sugar Corporation’s railway reserve; thence in a westerly direction and following the said southern boundary of railway reserve for a distance of approximately 66 chains to high-water-mark of the sea coast; thence in a southerly direction and following side of Queens Road; thence in a southerly direction for one chain crossing Queens Road to the north-western corner of iTaukei Lease 6314 (plan RR 752); thence in a generally southerly direction and following the western boundaries of iTaukei Leases 6314 (plan RR 752) 6313 (plan RR 752) and 7593 (plan RR 848) for a distance of approximately 49 chains to the southernmost corner of said iTaukei Lease 7593; thence in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 12 chains crossing Tabavu expired iTaukei Lease 1346 (plan RR 293) to the south-western corner of Certificate of Title No 6159; thence in an easterly direction and following the southern boundary of said Certificate of Title No 6159 for a distance of approximately 8 chains to the north-western corner of iTaukei Lease 1474 (plan RR 429); thence in a southerly direction and following the western boundary of said iTaukei Lease 1474 for a distance of 14 chains; thence in an easterly direction by a direct line for a distance of approximately 16 chains crossing said iTaukei Lease 1474 and following the northern boundary of iTaukei Lease 41/321 (plan RR 291) and its continuation easterly to the left bank of the Nasivi river; thence in a northerly direction and following the said left bank of the Nasivi river for approximately 64 chains to the southern boundary of the Fiji Sugar Corporation’s railway reserve and being the starting point. Containing an area of 320 acres more or less and being as more particularly delineated on a plan deposited in the office of the Director of Town and Country Planning at Suva.
