[INS 164] Inspection of registers164

164

(1) The Reserve Bank must ensure that the registers maintained under section 163(1) are current and that they are available for inspection by any person during normal working hours.

(2) Any person may, on payment of the prescribed fee, if any, inspect, copy or take extracts from any of the registers maintained under section 163(1).
