All that area of land in the Tikina of Tavua and in the Province of Ba, commencing at high watermark at the South West corner of iTaukei Lease No 5200; thence Northerly following High Water Mark for a distance of 80 metres thence easterly following line parallel to and distance of 80 metres north from the northern side of the Kings Road including the NLDC Residential Subdivision onto a point on the western boundary of Tavua Village Reserve; thence southeasterly and northerly following the boundary of the said Reserve to the southern side of the Fiji Sugar Corporation Limited Tramway lease to the left bank of the Nasivi River; thence following the left bank of the Nasivi River upstream to the eastern extremity including the Cokasivo Subdivision of the southern boundary of Tavua, iTaukei Grant No 199; thence following the southern and western boundary distance of 160 metres south from the southern side of the Kings Road; thence westerly up to the boundary of the iTaukei Burial Ground Reserve; thence north-westerly and southerly following the boundary of the reserve; thence westerly to a point due south of the north eastern corner of Vatuveleka iTaukei Lease No 6314 (RR 752); thence northerly to the north-eastern corner of the said lease and crossing the Kings Road to the south-western corner of iTaukei Lease No 5200, the point of commencement.
The above described area is more particularly delineated, verged yellow, and excluding the area verged green, earmarked for future use by the Tavua Fijian School, on plan PP 380 deposited at the office of the Director of Lands and Surveyor-General Suva, copies of which are available for viewing in the offices of the permanent secretary responsible for local government, Commissioner Western Division, Lautoka and the District Officer, Tavua.
