[EM 8,515] Form: EMA/WDR 14 SOLID WASTE DUMP RETURN(Regulation 39)

[Note: Every facility that operates a solid waste dump must send returns to the Department of Environment of all material deposited at and removed from the dump.

Returns must be in writing and sent every 6 months from the issue of the permit.

Returns must relate to each site or premises occupied by the facility.

Failure to send a return by the due date is an offence under section 44 of the Act and can lead to suspension after permit.]
