- (a)4 to be elected from their number by members of the Association in the Central and Eastern Divisions;
- (b)2 to be elected from their number by members of the Association in the Western Division; and
- (c)one to be elected from their number by members of the Association in the Northern Division;
such elections to be held annually in the manner hereinafter provided in the month of November in each year.
(2) The central committee shall hold, in each year, an annual meeting on a day, not later than 31 January, to be fixed by the Commissioner.

(3) At each annual meeting the central committee shall elect from among its members a chairperson and a secretary.
(4) The members of the central committee and the officers elected under the provisions of paragraph (3) shall hold office until the next succeeding annual meeting.
(5) The central committee may hold not more than 2 meetings in each year, including the annual meeting, each lasting not more than one day, provided that additional meetings may be held for special purposes with the consent of the Commissioner.
