A transfer by a mortgagee in exercise of the power of sale conferred by the instrument of mortgage, or by any Act, made in the prescribed form may be accepted by the Registrar as sufficient evidence that the power has been duly exercised and he or she shall not be bound or required to call for proof that the power has been properly exercised.
