15
(1) The driver of any vehicle who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Order shall be guilty of an offence under the Land Transport Act 1998.

(2) Any person, whether or not the driver of a vehicle, who contravenes or fails to comply with the provisions of order 9(3) or 11 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50.
