[COM 16,020] Application of these Rules4

(1) Except as otherwise provided in the Act, the Regulations and these Rules, the general practice of the court, including the practices and procedures in Chambers, applies with any necessary modifications to the matters to which these Rules apply.

(2) The forms in Schedule 2 are prescribed for the purpose of the Act with such variations made by the Registrar or the Official Receiver as the circumstances require.
