[JUV 43] Power to transfer case from one juvenile court to another43

When a juvenile court finds a juvenile to be in need of care, protection or control, and the juvenile has his or her home or usually resides in an area within the jurisdiction of another juvenile court, the court may transfer the case to that other court to be dealt with.
