[BIO 11,420] Collection of stock for inspection2

Any owner, on requirement by an inspector, shall cause all stock kept by him or her or permitted to remain on land occupied by him or her, to be collected on his or her land at a securely fenced enclosure capable of holding stock or, where the owner has no such enclosure, or has stock on land at a greater distance than 3 kilometres from such enclosure, he or she shall cause all stock at a greater distance than 3 kilometres from such enclosure or, if he or she has no such enclosure, all his or her stock to be collected at such place or places as shall be named by the inspector, provided that in no case shall stock be required to be brought from a greater distance than 3 kilometres to such place.
