(1) The company may return to the sender at the expense of the latter, any parcel which has not been claimed within a period of 28 days from the date on which it was originally received at the office of destination.

(2) In the case of parcels coming from outside Fiji, the addressee may arrange for the retention of a parcel by the post office beyond the said period of 28 days for a further 56 days upon an advanced payment of demurrage fees as set out in Schedule 2.
