The remitter of any money order issued in Fiji for payment within the same or in any country which may from time to time be notified by the company may, either at the time of the issue of such order or subsequent thereto, and upon payment of the fee prescribed in Schedule 1, be advised of the date of payment of such order, provided that application for such advice be made within 12 calendar months from the date of the issue of the order.
