69
(1) A prescription given by a registered medical practitioner to a prohibited person prescribing liquor shall—
  • (a)be clearly written in the English language, clearly stating the medical practitioner’s name and dated;
  • (b)prescribe the total quantity of liquor to be supplied, the state and the frequency and quantity of the doses, including the duration of the treatment; and
  • (c)specify the name and address of the patient.
(2) Any person who supplies liquor on a prescription shall write on the prescription the amount and kind of liquor supplied and the date of such supply and shall retain the prescription for at least 6 months after such supply.
