[LIQ 83] Power to close premises during riot or civil unrest83 

83
(1) When any riot or civil unrest occurs or is expected to occur in any place, the Minister, on the recommendation of a senior police officer, may order any licensed premises in or near such place to be closed during such times as he or she may deem fit, and any police officer acting under such order may use such force as may be necessary for giving effect to the order.
(2) Any person resisting or obstructing the execution of any such order, and any licensee failing to comply with any such order, commits an offence and on conviction shall be liable to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
