(1) For the purpose of section 14 of the Act, a certified copy of location plan and the detailed block plan of the premises from the Central Board of Health or a person or body appointed by the Central Board of Health or relevant city or town council of the area, where the business of selling or consumption of liquor will take place must be attached to the application.

(2) The detailed block plan required by subregulation (1) must specify the location of
  • (a)the bar area and the space for consumption of liquor, “restricted” and “supervised” areas if the application is made for on premises use licence;
  • (b)strong room for the storage of liquor;
  • (c)toilet facilities for separate use by males, females and disabled people; and
  • (d)dining and other areas required for the purpose of the licence.
