[MIN 13] Compliance with Companies Act 201513

(1) No mining tenement shall be granted to any company incorporated outside Fiji unless such company has first complied with the provisions of Part 6 of the Companies Act 2015.

(2) Any mining tenement granted to any incorporated company may be cancelled by the Director if such company fails to comply with any of the provisions of the Companies Act 2015 which may be applicable to such company.
