[PHA 24,525] Construction of privy buildings181 

181
(1) Every privy building shall be substantially constructed of suitable and approved materials, and shall have a floor area of not less than 15 square feet; and every such privy building shall be enclosed on all sides and shall be provided with a door properly hung and fastened.
(2) Every privy building shall be provided with light and ventilation to the satisfaction of the local authority.
(3) Except where provided with a cement slab, the floor of every privy building shall be paved or covered with impervious material laid with adequate fall to an approved drainage outlet.
