[SPM 12,515] Use of fenders20 

20

(1) The master of a vessel berthing alongside a port management company wharf shall use fenders of such description and in such manner as the port management company directs.

(2) The master who contravenes subregulation (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to the penalty set out in the Schedule.
