[LG 129,145] Power to issue access cards10

(1) The market manager shall have the power to issue an access card in conjunction with the issue of a licence and in accordance with the guidelines prescribed in the Market Rules.
(2) The market manager shall have the power to determine particular conditions on which an access card may be issued, subject to the Market Rules and in accordance with any resolution of or delegation from the Council.
(3) An access card is subject to—
  • (a)all general provisions of these By-laws and the Market Rules;
  • (b)any conditions imposed by the market manager on all licences or on all access cards; and
  • (c)any particular conditions imposed by the market manager and endorsed on an individual access card.
