[TV 31] Power of the Minister to authorise or to licence and to prescribe terms and conditions of advertisement messages31

(1) The Minister shall have the power to authorise or grant a licence on such conditions as he or she thinks fit to any company, firm, person or persons to undertake the selling of airtime on behalf of the Government as it appears to him or her to be necessary.
(2) The Minister may, by regulations, fix rates and prescribe terms and conditions or restrictions subject to which any advertisement messages may be transmitted by a television station, including Government television stations.
