[CI 16] Insulting a Commissioner or the secretary16

Any person who uses threatening or insulting language to the Commission or to a Commissioner or to the secretary at any sitting of the Commission, or to a Commissioner or to the secretary at any other time or place in relation to or on account of his or her proceedings in the capacity of Commissioner or of secretary is guilty of an offence and upon conviction shall be liable to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years.
