[TF 16] Annual report16

(1) The Board shall, within 6 months after the end of each financial year, cause to be made and transmitted to the Minister an annual report on the operations, business and affairs of the corporation.

(2) The Minister shall, as soon as practicable, lay before Parliament a copy of the annual report of the corporation.
