[FSC 6A] Appointment of employees6A 

6A
(1) The Council may appoint a Manager and such other employees as it may consider necessary for the proper and efficient carrying out of the functions of the Council.
(2) The Manager shall be paid such salary as is determined from time to time in accordance with the Higher Salaries Commission Act 2023.

(3) The employees of the Council shall be paid such salaries as the Council from time to time determines.
