[BCF 31] Prohibition on persons under 1831 

31
(1) A person who is under the age of 18 shall not be registered and licensed as a professional boxer except in accordance with section 14.
(2) A person commits an offence if the person—
  • (a)allows a person under the age of 18 years to fight in a professional boxing contest; or
  • (b)is under the age of 18 years and fights in a professional boxing contest.

Penalty: Fine of $10,000 or imprisonment for 12 months.
