[GCF 10,035] Payment of levy and consequence for non-payment in time7

(1) Levies must be paid in full to the Council at the end of each quarter.
(2) A licensee who fails to pay export levies as and when due will be liable to pay interest on the outstanding amount and their licence may be revoked for the next shipment or for the season.
