RECOGNISANCE OF APPELLANT SENTENCED TO PAYMENT OF A FINE

Be it remembered that whereas ................. of ................. was on the ................. day of ................. 20.., convicted of ................. was thereupon sentenced to pay the sum of $................. as a fine for his or her said offence by the High Court and has intimated to the said court that he or she desires to appeal against the said conviction and whereas the said court considers the said appellant may in lieu of payment at and upon his or her said conviction of the said sum be ordered to enter into a recognisance of bail himself or herself in the sum of $................. and with ................. sureties each the sum of   $................. to prosecute his or her said appeal before the Court of Appeal.

CONDITION
